Payment processing
Payments are processed through Stripe. The primary card brands shown are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover and Diners Club. Additional payment options may be available if displayed on the Payment or Checkout page.
Payment authorization
Your card issuer or payment provider may authorize, decline or request additional verification for a transaction. Authorization does not always mean final settlement has already occurred.
Payment declines
If a payment is declined, review the payment information and contact the card issuer or bank where appropriate. Customer support cannot override a card issuer’s decision.
Payment security
Payments use secure payment-processing mechanisms provided through the checkout flow. No online payment system is described as absolutely or guaranteed secure.
Taxes
Displayed product prices include applicable tax according to the website’s pricing configuration. Customs duties and import charges, where applicable, are separate.
Currency
The website currency symbol is $. Review the total and currency shown at checkout before submitting payment.
Refunds
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. Our internal processing target is within 7 business days after returned goods are received and the necessary review is completed, subject to mandatory statutory refund deadlines.
Safe payment communication
Do not send your full card number, CVV/CVC, PIN or other card security code through ordinary customer-service email. For payment support, contact support@ryquri.com without including sensitive card-security information.
